    • Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. – Technician test drove vehicle and found brake pedal is soft, inspected further and found front rotors have excessive rust not allowing pads to make complete contact with rotors – The backing of the pad is springy causing the piston to return too far creating a soft pedal. RECOMMEND REPLACING FRONT PADS AND ROTORS – If soft pedal persists recommend replacing calipers – Rear pads are 5/32 – 6/32 – good
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
    • Replace front brake pad linings and rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
